Service Description

• Jones King Photography offers professional photography and videography services including planning, resourcing, image-creation and post-production.

• Hours of service and locations will be agreed upon prior to the session booking.

• ‘Looks’ refers to distinct outfit or lighting change made within one session.

Booking, Postponement and Cancellation Policy

• To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total fee is required.

• If you postpone your booking, with at least 48 hours notice, we will hold your deposit and put it towards a future booking within one month of the original booking where possible.

• If you cancel or postpone less than 48 hours before your session, Jones King Photography will keep your deposit to cover cost-of-sale and lost opportunity.

Payment Terms

• The total fee is agreed upon and payable by bank transfer. Bank details are provided on the quote and invoice.

• Payments are due 7 days after delivery of images unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for the session.

• Any specific requirements or needs should be communicated prior to the session.

• Please do not show up to a session with cold and flu symptoms or intoxicated.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• Jones King Photography retains copyright of all images.

• Clients receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Please credit any published images to ‘Jones King Photography’ or alternatively tag @joneskingphotography via Instagram.

Delivery of Photos

• Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after the session unless otherwise specified.

• For images needed within a shorter time frame, a rush fee will be payable.

• Photos will be delivered in high and standard resolution JPEG format via Dropbox link.

• Please ensure your images are downloaded to your own device for safekeeping.

Liability Limitation

• The photographer is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality of the work, such as adverse weather conditions or equipment failure.

• On-location shoots will have a back up location or date, discussed with the client prior to the shoot.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Client information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

• Privacy of the client during the photography session is of utmost importance and is assured.
